Training modules

1. Consent before recording

Staff must confirm the person understands the recording purpose and may stop recording.

2. Start, stop and save recordings

Use JUNIQ to record only the relevant conversation, stop recording, review the transcript and save only approved records.

3. Review transcript accuracy

Transcripts may contain errors. Staff must review spelling, dates, names, medication, clinical terms, legal instructions and property details.

4. Human professional approval

JUNI drafts notes; professionals approve them. JUNI does not replace a qualified doctor, lawyer, agent or consultant.

5. Privacy and confidentiality

Do not enter real confidential data in the public trial. Production use requires secure accounts, encrypted storage, access controls and audit logs.

6. Save to correct file

Save health records to patient/clinical files, legal records to matter/client files, and property records to property/project files.

JUNI roleplay trainer

Practise what staff should say before recording and what they must check before approving a note.
